Releases and publisher feeds are checked approximately every six hours and US regulatory documents every twelve hours. The worker processes up to four due sources every fifteen minutes, so a full queue can add around two hours. Limits or outages delay updates; the last successful records remain visible. Source removal cannot be inferred from absence in a recent sample. No CoinMarketCal records are used here.
The essentials
On Solana, a transaction can contain several instructions. They execute together: if an instruction fails, the transaction's state changes are reverted. Fees can still be charged for a failed transaction. That distinction matters when interpreting activity, because attempts and successful application interactions describe different things.
