Ondo Finance Subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets Receives Regulatory Approvals for Tokenized Equities

Ondo Finance subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets has secured new FINRA authorizations to offer tokenized corporate equities and investment funds in the United States. The expansion builds on the firm’s existing registration as an SEC-registered broker-dealer and Alternative Trading System.

The framework allows Oasis Pro Markets to support primary issuance and secondary trading for eligible U.S. retail and institutional investors. Covered products may include publicly traded equities, ETFs, mutual funds, index funds and securities issued through initial public offerings.

Regulated Infrastructure Expands Ondo’s U.S. Reach

Oasis Pro Markets can conduct underwritten offerings, private placements and over-the-counter retail transactions within its authorized activities. The company can also facilitate secondary-market access to tokenized securities through its regulated trading infrastructure.

FINRA’s official records identify Oasis Pro Markets as a registered Alternative Trading System under the identifier OPML. The firm also appears in FINRA’s regulated broker-dealer directory and is listed as a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation.

The approvals also permit omnibus account structures connected to existing brokerage and advisory channels. Registered investment advisers, retirement accounts and institutional investors may eventually access tokenized securities through established financial intermediaries instead of completing separate onboarding for every product.

Settlement can occur using fiat currencies or supported stablecoins, including transfers between blockchain wallets. That gives Oasis Pro Markets a bridge between regulated securities workflows and programmable settlement, while identity, eligibility and transaction controls remain embedded in the broker-dealer framework.

Tokenization Remains Tied to Centralized Legal Controls

Oasis Pro TA will provide SEC-registered transfer-agent infrastructure for services such as on-chain capitalization records, shareholder-rights administration and collateral mobility. The transfer agent remains legally distinct from the broker-dealer and ATS functions operated by Oasis Pro Markets.

That structure illustrates the hybrid nature of regulated tokenized securities. Assets may settle through blockchain wallets, but issuance, investor records, transfer restrictions and market access remain controlled by registered intermediaries.

Ondo completed its acquisition of Oasis Pro in October 2025, gaining broker-dealer, ATS and transfer-agent infrastructure for the U.S. market. The acquired platform already supported primary offerings and secondary trading across public and private tokenized securities.

The new authorizations do not mean every Ondo product is automatically available to U.S. investors or covered by SIPC. Product eligibility, registration status and investor protections depend on the specific security, account structure and regulated entity providing the service.

The development gives Ondo a broader regulated foundation for tokenized equities and funds in the United States. The next important details will be the launch schedule, supported securities, investor eligibility, custody arrangements and actual trading volume once the new markets become operational.
