TVL measures the USD value tracked in DeFi protocols by DefiLlama, not market capitalization or the value of an entire network. Prices and coverage changes can affect TVL. Sparklines use daily observations with their own scale; they do not compare absolute values between projects. Seven-day changes use daily history, while headline TVL is fetched separately.

TVL snapshot: Received 16 Sep, 16:24 UTC. Current TVL is checked hourly, history daily, Bitcoin network snapshots every 15 minutes, and other network snapshots every 30 minutes (TRON resource prices hourly). Queues and upstream limits can delay updates. Missing data is unavailable, never invented.

Software releases and official blog publications come from the public source monitor. Repository coverage differs between projects; no posts in a window does not mean no activity. Source publication dates are not confirmed event activation dates. No CoinMarketCal records are used in these public modules.
